Sitting Down with Street Entrepreneurs

August 15, 2017

Two years ago, Juliana set out to fulfill a lifelong dream of engendering equity and supporting the under-resourced, and started Street Entrepreneurs: a nonprofit organization in service of providing entrepreneurs of all backgrounds with practical knowledge and access to networks and startup grants. Splitting her time and funds between her day job and her entrepreneurial pursuits, Juliana has worked tirelessly to grow her business from scratch and educate herself along with others on what it takes to be successful.

Since high school, Juliana felt a draw to the world of community service, completing over 1000 hours a year volnteering at local homeless shelters. There, she was exposed to an array of talented youth who had all the ideas and potential but none of the know-how or opportunities.
